One Day on Waze

One Day on Waze is a series of data visualization videos showing 24 hours worth of data on Waze from 10 cities around the world. The videos were produced for the Connected Citizens event in NYC on October 1, 2014.

This Exquisite Forest

This Exquisite Forest is an art project that draws inspiration from the Surrealist game "exquisite corpse" and its idea of collaborative creation. The experiment lets users create short animations that build off one another resulting in a collection of branching narratives resembling trees. The project includes a physical installation at the Tate Modern until May 2013.

Small Arms & Ammo Trade Visualization

This webGL globe visualizes the international trade of small arms and ammunition over the past 10 years. The visualization was created for the Google Ideas 2012 INFO (Illicit Networks: Forces of Opposition) conference.

Big Spaceship redesigned Crayola.com to bring its vision of raising creatively inspired kids to its digital presence. The redesign included revising IA for 4,000 pages and defining a content strategy to guide the ongoing updates moving forward. The site uses a responsive layout to ensure parents, teachers, and kids can access the content from anywhere.

The Starburst Contradictions Project let users share their personal contradictions to help Save the Music with VH1. We worked with Starburst to concept the idea and executed all digital components, including a visualization of user contradictions on Facebook, banners, a Times Square billboard, and interactive installations at the music events associated to the campaign.

Crayola Holiday Gift Guide

The 2011 Holiday Gift Guide used an adaptive layout and brought products to the forefront by incorporating crayon, pencil, paint, and clay textures throughout the site.

Big Spaceship helped establish the digital presence of Activate Drinks, a vitamin-enhanced water line, by building its .com and Facebook presence. Taking inspiration from its product, the site vertically flows from section to section using subtle parallax.

Orbit Gum: Dirty Shorts

Starburst Contradictionary

The Contradictionary features user submitted contradictions that users can vote on. This feature was a part of the larger redesign of both the brand website and their social media presence.

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

We built this site to support the 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and its search for its next top model. The project included both a website built in Silverlight and iPhone app, both which featured biweekly updates on the status of the contest.

Big Spaceship redesigned SecondLife.com and helped define the strategy around the new user experience, one of the biggest hurdles into Second Life.

In Plain Sight: Witsec Confidential

Witsec Confidential was a game released during the first season of In Plain Sight. A new level was revealed during the airing of each week's episode that built an overarching narrative over the course of the season.

To introduce the new series "Breaking Bad", Big Spaceship created a Facebook code breaking game. I provided producer support to help launch the game.

Hungry Suitcase

My first project at Big Spaceship entailed providing producer support on the second launch of Hungry Suitcase, a fun tool intended to help users find the perfect vacation for them. The new launch included additional features and a slightly revised narrative.
